About us

Mission

Feldenkrais Pasadena is a practice by Certified Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Julianna Bulgarelli. Serving the Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley and surrounding Los Angeles area, our mission is to bring the Feldenkrais Method to both adults and children, creating an inclusive community built on curiosity, learning and self-expression.

Founded by physicist and martial artist, Moshé Feldenkrais, the method has shown to aid those in chronic pain, with neuro-developmental challenges and/or autism, as well as improve overall well-being.

If you’ve found me, chances are that you are curious about movement and how it can transform the way you think, sense and act in the world. About ten years ago, I discovered The Feldenkrais Method and my life completely changed. As a dancer and educator, at the time overcoming post-concussive symptoms, I became fully immersed in The Feldenkrais Method. As a Practitioner my purpose now is to bring this work to those that seek guidance; to help restore trust in one’s own nervous system; and to share the importance of curiosity and learning in not only our well-being but also in our relationship to life.
